Do I need to go on a soup shake diet?We don't believe in a soup shake diet as these are not workable for a long time. We believe in lifestyle changes.

Do I need to go to the gym for a workout?We believing in attaching you to a community and not doing regress workouts.

Do I need to follow a weekly/monthly diet plan?We believe in home-cooked food daily, explaining how to cook and when to eat but not a strict diet plan.

I have a special hormonal health(PCOD/PCOS/Thyroid), can I lose weight?Yes, you can definitely lose weight by working on how to improve your hormonal condition.

How can I be consistent with the program?Your health coach will be in touch, and being in a community will help you to be consistent. Also, the simplicity of the program will help you in being consistent.

How much weight can I lose?One can lose anywhere between 6-10kgs in 90days, depending on your current condition.

Do I need to change my medication in order to move-on with this program?We suggest that you continue with the medication prescribed by your doctor, along with that we will guide you.
