  • Do I need to go on a soup shake diet?
    We don't believe in a soup shake diet as these are not workable for a long time. We believe in lifestyle changes.
  • Do I need to go to the gym for a workout?
    We believing in attaching you to a community and not doing regress workouts.
  • Do I need to follow a weekly/monthly diet plan?
    We believe in home-cooked food daily, explaining how to cook and when to eat but not a strict diet plan.
  • I have a special hormonal health(PCOD/PCOS/Thyroid), can I lose weight?
    Yes, you can definitely lose weight by working on how to improve your hormonal condition.
  • How can I be consistent with the program?
    Your health coach will be in touch, and being in a community will help you to be consistent. Also, the simplicity of the program will help you in being consistent.
  • How much weight can I lose?
    One can lose anywhere between 6-10kgs in 90days, depending on your current condition.
  • Do I need to change my medication in order to move-on with this program?
    We suggest that you continue with the medication prescribed by your doctor, along with that we will guide you.
  • I have a very hectic schedule / I travel a lot due to my work profile, would this program work for me?
    Yes, you can make this program workable even with a hectic schedule with the help of your health coach.
  • Once I lose weight, will it come back?
    We believe in helping you change your lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle does not allow weight to bounce back.
